Pro-Development would like to offer York RLFC Members, a FREE complimentary place on one of their Employee Retention and Engagement workshops.

We run this one-off morning workshop at our Training Suite in York to support businesses across Yorkshire and the Humber. We work with local businesses specialising in employee engagement and development to help improve retention, engagement, productivity and profit.

 

The workshop is aimed at Business Leaders and other professionals who are interested in understanding more about employee retention and engagement and the impact on productivity. We look at sharing ideas together on how to retain talent and ensure that the business has a happy, engaged and productive workforce. We always get great feedback on how valuable it is to meet other leaders and everyone comes away feeling inspired and supported with lots of ideas from each other. The workshop includes lunch afterwards and the opportunity to network with other attendees.
