York RLFC is seeking an experienced and ambitious full-time First Team Physiotherapist to join the York Knights Performance Department.

Working within an integrated high-performance environment, you will play a key role in delivering first-team medical services, independently managing an allocated clinical caseload and contributing to player availability, rehabilitation, return-to-play and performance.

Working closely with the Head Physiotherapist, Head of Performance and wider multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based and progressive physiotherapy services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician looking to work within professional Rugby League and contribute to an ambitious club committed to continual improvement.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver first-team physiotherapy services across training and matchdays.

Independently manage an allocated clinical caseload.

Design, implement and continually review high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.

Contribute to multidisciplinary player management, performance planning and the effective day-to-day delivery of medical services.

Positively influence the standards, culture and continual development of the Performance Department.
