York RLFC Foundation regularly delivers Coach Education opportunities as part of its Club Support and Development Plan.

 

Our programme supports coaches, volunteers, teachers and match officials across York and North Yorkshire through a range of qualifications, workshops and development opportunities.

​

Courses include the RFL Level One and Level Two Coaching Courses, RFL Referee Course, Primary Rugby League Community Coaches Workshop and Primary Rugby League Teachers Course. Alongside coach education, we also provide CPD opportunities for school staff and ongoing support for local community clubs.

​

RFL Level Two Coaching Course

​

The RFL Level 2 Coaching Course is coming to York St John University this autumn, running across four training days from 4th October to 22nd November 2026. It's a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge, confidence and coaching skills.
