The 21 year old Australian forward joins York from Central Queensland Capras, where he made 14 appearances last year and scored three tries.

After previously making an impression at Wynnum Manly Seagulls in the Hastings Deering Colts and Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup competitions, he signed for NRL club Dolphins in 2023, where he was part of their development list.

A tall, strong running forward, Jackson has represented Queensland in their Under 18’s Emerging Origin squad and the Queensland Under 19s.
