Menfulness

York RLFC are proud to be working in paternership with Menfulness, helping support men's mental health and encouraging open, honest conversations with the local community.
Menfulness delivers regular, welcoming sessions that provide a safe and supportive space for men aged 18 and over who want the opportunity to talk, listen and share experiences with others who understand. The sessions focus on creating a relaxed, non-judgemental environment where men can feel comfortable opening up about their mental wellbeing.
Session take place on the first Monday of each month and are hosted at the LNER Community Stadium on Kathryn Avenue, reinforcing the club's commitment to being a positive community hub both on and off the pitch. In the event of the first Monday of the month being a bank holiday, the session will be held on the second Monday of the month.
Attendance at Menfulness sessions has continued to grow, highlightingthe importance of accessible, community-led mental health support for men across York and the surrounding areas. Everyone at York RLFC is delighted to play a role in supporting this important work and helping to create spaces where men feel supported and connected.
This partnership reflects York RLFC's wider commitment to improving health and wellbeing within the community and ensuring that support is visible, approachable and available to those who need it.
