York RFLC forward, Conor Fitzsimmons will remain a Knight in 2025, thanks to support from Squadbuilder!
The 26-year old has agreed a new contract which will keep him at the club for a third season.
Fitzsimmons joined York from Workington Town for 2023 and he’s gone on to make 53 appearances and score nine tries.
The Cumbrian started his career with Castleford Tigers, where he made two appearances before moving on to Newcastle Thunder and then joining Workington for 2020.
On his re-signing for the club, coach, Mark Applegarth said: "I'm really happy we’ve got Fitzy over the line for next year.
"He showed glimpses of what he can do last year, and the challenge for him this year is to do it on a consistent basis and really earn that spot in the team.
"He’s a really likeable member of the squad and he trains really hard.
"He's an absolutely fantastic bloke and I’m really looking forward to working with him again next year."
