Introducing our Match Day Partner: Menfulness

York RLFC is delighted to announce that Menfulness will be our Matchday Partner for York Knights v Hunslet RLFC (4pm) on Sunday at the LNER Community Stadium!

As part of Mental Health Week, we are collaborating with the York based charity to highlight the support that’s available if you or someone you know is struggling.

“Menfulness is a men’s social wellbeing group who - through activities and counselling - support and promote improvement in men's lives.

“Menfulness is led by 5 blokes from York who, like most of us, have struggled with mental health and the pressures of life.

“We’ve been lucky to find strength in opening up about where we’re at with our fellow man and we think this should be available to us all. As our network grows more men are joining us, many of which are being supported to bring their own ideas into action.

“We want to keep growing this community and continue to look for funding opportunities to help us with events, activities and counselling offers to support men’s wellbeing in a friendly, non-judgemental environment where you can share at your own pace.”
