Back-rower Danny Kirmond featured in York Knights' 28-14 victory over Barrow Raiders at the LNER Community Stadium.
The Knights reeled off three tries, with only one reply, to overcome last season's Betfred Championship Play-Off qualifiers.

York Knights will be seeking to secure back-to-back Betfred Championship victories for the first time this season when they visit Swinton Lions on Sunday (3pm) and tickets are available online HERE. The Knights will be running a Fans Bus to Heywood Road which will depart from the LNER Community Stadium at 11.30am and depart from Blossom Street at 11.45am. Fans Bus tickets are priced at £20 for Adults and £5 for Under-16s.
