Last week saw York City Knights Ladies claim two awards at this year’s York Sports Awards.
Held at the University of York’s Roger Kirk Centre, the Ladies were nominated for the Performance Team of the Year award while Director of Rugby Lindsay Anfield was nominated for Coach of the Year.
Confirmed as winner of the awards, the Ladies playing team was represented by co-captains Katie Langan and Sinead Peach as well as Kelsey Gentles and Grace Field.
