Our League to stream Women's Nines Finals

York Valkyrie will be out to retain their Women's Nines crown at Finals Day on Saturday at the Salford City Stadium in front of the Our League cameras.

York became the inaugural competition’s winners last year, when England’s Tara Jane Stanley helped Lindsay Anfield's defeat Leeds Rhinos 7-0 in the final.

The Valkyrie reached this year’s Finals Day with victories over Barrow Raiders, Hull FC and Workington Town at Warrington’s Victoria Park in May.

The Valkyrie face St Helens in the second game of the day (11.10am), before facing ‘Wildcard’ entry Cardiff Demons in the second Group 'B' match of the day (12pm).

The final Group 'B' match sees Saints take on the Demons (12.50pm), with the top two in the Group facing the top two from Group 'A' in the semi-finals.

Leeds Rhinos kick off the Group 'A' action – and Finals Day itself – against Warrington Wolves (10.45am), before facing Wigan Warriors (11.35am). The Warriors and the Wolves complete the Group 'A' fixtures (12.25pm).

Matches are played over two nine-minute halves, with five points for a try scored in the bonus zone under the posts and two for a drop-kicked conversion attempt.

Golden point extra time will be played for elimination matches only. Squads will consist of up to 15 players, with unlimited interchanges allowed from a six-strong bench.

The Our League cameras will be there to capture all the action, from the opening fixture in Group A through to the Women’s Nines Final 2023 at 2.50pm.
