If you’re coming to the LNER Community Stadium for Sunday’s final game of the regular season in the Betfred Championship between York Valkyrie and Batley Bulldogs (3pm) here’s everything you need to know!


If the Knights are confirmed as finishing the regular season at the top of the Championship table, the League Leaders' Shield will be presented on the pitch at the end of the game! Stay with us to celebrate!

Tickets:

Match Day tickets can be bought in advance HERE or at the Stadium ticket desk in the main foyer of the stadium in person on the day.


Tickets are priced at £22 for Adults, £17 for Concessions (16 to 21-year-olds and over 65s) and FREE for Under 16s!


You can also secure your Season Ticket for 2026 with a £20 deposit and get a FREE ticket for Sunday's game! You can find more details HERE! The deadline for this offer is kick off on Sunday 14th September.


How To Get To The Stadium

The LNER Community Stadium is located three miles from York city centre.

Parking

York RLFC are pleased to be able to offer FREE parking on all our home matchdays in 2025, subject to availability in our Matchday Car Park, which is located within the Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park.


The Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park (YO32 9JU) is situated next door to the LNER Community Stadium and has an ample 400 spaces for matchday users.


No pass is required to park in the Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park.


Please be aware that ANPR systems are in place across other Car Parks in the Monks Cross site.


Limited disabled parking can be arranged through the Club Shop (Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm), over the phone (01904 670880) or by emailing info@yorkrlfc.com


Buses

The Monks Cross area is served by a number of bus routes, providing regular services from the city centre and surrounding areas.


The most frequent, Park and Ride service 9, departs every 10 minutes from York city centre. More information can be found HERE.


There are also a number of on and off-road walking and cycling routes from York city centre, Huntington, Heworth and beyond. Over 300 cycle (uncovered) stands are positioned around LNER Community Stadium. All external areas are covered by CCTV.


Club Shop

The Club Shop will be open from 1pm until kick off, and again at the end of the match.

Before The Game

There are food and drink concessions in our Fanzone areas in the stadium concourse.


“Pot of Gold” tickets will also be on sale in those areas, to raise funds for Squad Builder.


Half Time

There's plenty going on at half time this week!

Players from York Acorn U14s and Heworth Under 14s Blacks will be introduced to the crowd after their appearances in the Yorkshire Cup and Continuation Cup finals respectively on Saturday afternoon.


Our friends from York Dungeon will also be hosting a half time show including the return of Dizzy Conversions!


And York Knights photographer, Andy Nelson will be having his beard shaved off in the Fanzone to raise money for three charities: York RLFC Foundation, Menfulness and Life For A Kid Foundation. You can donate to Andy's causes HERE!


Match Day Programmes

This season, we are producing a Digital Match Day programme. Keep an eye out for the QR codes in the stadium concourses, from which you can download a copy!
