If you’re coming to the LNER Community Stadium for Sunday’s game, York Knights v Hunslet Hawks in the Betfred Championship (4pm) here’s everything you need to know!
Match Day Theme
Sunday’s game is Mental Heath Awareness Day.
At the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are collaborating with our Match Day Partner, Menfulness, who will have volunteers around the concourse and in the fan zone offering more information about what they do and how they can provide support if you or someone you know is struggling with mental heath.
Turnstiles open:
Home fan turnstiles 1-6: 1.30pm
Away fan turnstiles 7-9: 3pm
Please note this game kicks off at 4pm.
Tickets:
Match Day tickets can be bought in advance HERE or at the Stadium ticket desk in the main foyer of the stadium in person on the day.
Tickets are priced at £22 for Adults, £17 for Concessions (16 to 21-year-olds and over 65s) and FREE for Under 16s!
How To Get To The Stadium
The LNER Community Stadium is located three miles from York city centre.

Parking
York RLFC are pleased to be able to offer FREE parking on all our home matchdays in 2025, subject to availability in our Matchday Car Park, which is located within the Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park.
The Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park (YO32 9JU) is situated next door to the LNER Community Stadium and has an ample 400 spaces for matchday users.
No pass is required to park in the Monks Cross Park and Ride Car Park.
Please be aware that ANPR systems are in place across other Car Parks in the Monks Cross site.
Limited disabled parking can be arranged through the Club Shop (Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm), over the phone (01904 670880) or by emailing info@yorkrlfc.com
Buses
The Monks Cross area is served by a number of bus routes, providing regular services from the city centre and surrounding areas.
The most frequent, Park and Ride service 9, departs every 10 minutes from York city centre. More information can be found HERE.
There are also a number of on and off-road walking and cycling routes from York city centre, Huntington, Heworth and beyond. Over 300 cycle (uncovered) stands are positioned around LNER Community Stadium. All external areas are covered by CCTV.
Club Shop
The Club Shop will be open from 12:30am until kick off, and again at the end of the match.

Before The Game
Come and join us to cheer on the Valkyrie! If you’re not making the journey to the Totally Wicket Stadium, we will be showing coverage of York Valkyrie v St.Helens in the semi-final of the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup on TVs in the concourse, hospitality, and on the big screen in the stadium. Kick off is at 1.45pm.
There are food and drink concessions in our Fanzone areas in the stadium concourse.
There is a special offer ahead of the game, with 20% off bar prices throughout the stadium for one hour between 1.30pm and 2.30pm!
“Pot of Gold” tickets will also be on sale in those areas, to raise funds for York RLFC Foundation.

This season, we are producing a Digital Match Day programme. Keep an eye out for the QR codes in the stadium concourses, from which you can download a copy!
