York Valkyrie are delighted to confirm that eight more players have signed professional contracts with the Club for 2024!
Ash Hyde, Sade Rihari, Ellie Hendry, Daisy Sanderson, Bettie Lambert, Kelsey Gentles, and Georgia Taylor have signed on the dotted line for two years at the Club.
The team will also see a new face as St.Helen's Women's centre and England Women's rugby star, Eboni Partington, joins the Valkyrie!
Valkyrie winger, Kelsey Gentles returns to play following the birth of her child with former York Knights centre Jacob Ogden.
York RLFC made history when Tara Jane Stanley, Liv Wood and Sinead Peach signed two-year deals this month and the Club became the first in the Betfred Women's Super League to tie its players down to professional contracts.
These eight players will join 12 other selected players including Tamzin Renouf, Liv Wood and Savannah Andrade:
