York RLFC Foundation is delighted to confirm our latest School Holiday programme, with more sessions taking place across York!

York RLFC Foundation School Holiday programme plays a crucial role in our local community by offering children enjoyable, active, and free sessions, inspiring the next generation of York Knights and York Valkyrie stars.

Over the course of this year, the York RLFC Foundation have organised more than 100 sessions across dozens of venues with over 2500 children attending.

Our events typically catered for children aged 5-12 and were all open-access, free-to-attend with no pre-booking required. Refreshments were provided for all attendees, including fruit, snacks, and drinks. Our extended thanks to our partner Simon Baynes Wholesale for supplying the fruit for all our holiday sessions.

Easter School Holidays

York RLFC Foundation is running free sessions during the holidays, made possible thanks to the support of the City of York Council and funding received through the Local Council Ward Committee.

All sessions below share the same format:

WHAT: Free turn up & play, multi-Sports Sessions

WHO: Suitable for children aged 5 -12 years

TO BOOK: No need to book, just turn up on the day! However, should you be eligible for free school meals (FSM), you are able to request a meal to be brought to the session by notifying us in advance. For more details, visit www.holidayactivities.com/ and search for our sessions.
