England star Partington was the headline signing of 2023 for York Valkyrie, arriving from St.Helens with a proven try-scoring record at the elite level of the sport.

She was the club’s top try scorer in her debut season, crossing the line 24 times in 20 appearances.

Part of the team that beat St.Helens in the Grand Final, she added that accolade to winning the Betfred Challenge Cup in 2022 and 2023 with Saints.

The winger’s performances meant she earned a place in the England set-up, scoring on her international debut against France in 2023.
