Knights confirm preliminary squad for Good Friday clash with Keighley

York Knights have named their preliminary squad, in partnership with Inglis Chartered Accountants, for Friday's Betfred Championship clash against Keighley Cougars at the LNER Community Stadium (7.30pm). Head Coach Andrew Henderson makes two changes to his preliminary squad, with Captain Chris Clarkson and prop forward Jon Luke Kirby returning to the fold.

Injured back-rower Jesse Dee and forward Harry Price miss out for the Knights. York will be eyeing up back-to-back wins after last weekend's thrilling 24-22 victory over Sheffield Eagles in the Betfred Challenge Cup Fourth Round. The Knights side will be seeking to topple a Keighley side that have won five of their last seven matches in all competitions. Alongside Dee, James Cunningham, Pauli Pauli, Olly Butterworth, Jamie Ellis and Levi Edwards remain absent from the preliminary squad through injury.
