Knights name preliminary squad for season opener at Newcastle

York Knights have named their preliminary squad for Saturday's 2024 season opener against Newcastle Thunder in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup at Kingston Park (3pm).


Head Coach Andrew Henderson has included off-season recruits Connor Bailey, Will Dagger, Jimmy Keinhorst, Taylor Pemberton, Harvey Reynolds and Nikau Williams in his squad ahead of the trip to the North East.


The Knights are without Bailey Antrobus, Josh Daley, Levi Edwards, Ronan Michael and Alex Donaghy through injury.
