Past Players' Golf Day returns for 2025!

York RLFC is delighted to host the fourth Annual Past Players’ Golf Day at Sandburn Hall Golf Club on Friday 8th August (12pm-6.30pm)!
The event is part of our Heritage Series, which includes York Knight’s Betfred Championship match against Oldham on Sunday 3rd August as our designated Retro Round.
Later in the year we’ll be hosting our 2025 Hall of Fame dinner, where more of our past players will join an already stellar list of names celebrating the club’s history.
Past players are invited to join us for a day of Texas Scramble golf, which will also include a pre-round lunch before a shot gun start, a post round barbecue, and prizes for nearest the pin, longest drive, and hole in one.
There'll also be a "swag bag" for all players, and a chance to meet and mingle with former York RLFC players.
