According to xfinity customer support I had to call customer service, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The wait time was a bit long, but once I got through, the rep was super friendly and really tried to help me out. They walked me through my issue step by step, which was nice. Just wish they had a quicker response time, but overall, I felt like they genuinely cared about fixing my problem.
