Support York RLFC Foundation in this year's York 10K!

More than a dozen volunteers have stepped forward once again to participate in the York 10K Run For All on Sunday 2nd August to raise vital funds for the club’s Foundation!

These funds are crucial for York RLFC Foundation to support its wide range of programmes and help towards all our work in the local community.

The fast, flat route starts and finishes in Knavesmire Road, close to York Racecourse and takes in some of the city’s most historic landmarks, including the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower and York Minster.

This event has an electric community atmosphere from start to finish, with thousands of runners of all abilities set to run through the heart of the beautiful city of York, raising lots of money for so many fantastic causes.

York RLFC Foundation Community Coach Mark Prangnell said: “Once again, a big thank you to all our fantastic volunteers running this year's York 10K in aid of the Foundation.”

“This will be the fourth consecutive year we have had people willing to put on their running shoes and run the York 10K raising vital funds that go directly back into all the programmes the Foundation runs in the local community.”

“Our programmes, such as our Wheelchair Rugby League team, Learning Disability Rugby League team, Player Development Programmes and much more, all benefit from these monies raised.”
