York Valkyrie Director of Rugby Lindsay Anfield has confirmed her preliminary squad, in partnership with Inglis Chartered Accountants, for Sunday's 2023 Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup Group Four clash against Hull KR at the LNER Community Stadium (12pm). Anfield makes just one change to her preliminary squad ahead of this season's first double header at the LNER Community Stadium, with York Knights facing London Broncos (3pm) later in the afternoon. Front-rower Jas Bell, who missed the 44-4 win at Barrow Raiders last time out in the Betfred Women's Challenge Cup, returns to the fold, replacing winger Eva Izumi.
The Valkyrie will be aiming to continue their unbeaten start to 2023 following three straight victories over Leeds Rhinos (12-34), St Helens (26-6) and Barrow (4-44).

York Valkyrie continue their Betfred Women's Challenge Cup Group Four campaign on Sunday (12pm) against Hull KR at the LNER Community Stadium as part of a double header, with York Knights facing London Broncos later that afternoon (3pm) in the Betfred Championship.
Tickets for the double header are priced at £20 for Adults, £15 for Concessions (17-21-year-olds and over-65s) and FREE for Under-16s.
