Jess Sharp scored two tries, with Isobel Smith, Emma Kershaw and Tleesha Frederick-Maynard also crossing the whitewash.
Cody Marsh contributed two goals, with Liv Whitehead also managing a solo two-pointer.
The result saw the Valkyrie deliver the perfect response from last month's 24-6 defeat to Leeds.
