York Knights take a 10 match unbeaten run in all competitions into another big clash with Bradford Bulls in the Betfred Championship on Sunday at the LNER Community Stadium (3pm)!

That run includes two victories against the Bulls, with the first being the 28-20 win at the LNER Community Stadium in the AB Sundeck 1895 Cup Semi Final, and then the 20-18 success at Bartercard Odsal Stadium last month.

With both just two points behind leaders, Toulouse Olympique and only points difference separating them in the table, there’s a lot at stake for both Mark Applegarth’s and Brian Noble’s teams!

Since last meeting York, Bradford have won two of their three games, including wins over Batley Bulldogs (32-6) and a 34-0 victory at home last Friday night against Hunslet. They came either side of a surprise 24-22 defeat at Barrow.

In that time, the Knights’ wins have come against Widnes (36-18), Featherstone Rovers (30-8) and Sheffield Eagles, who they beat 36-10 last time out.

The Bulls will have Hull KR forward, Eribe Doro available for this weekend’s game, after joining the club on an initial two week loan. However, James Donaldson won’t be available. He’s been ruled out for the season with an ACL injury.

York could bring Brenden Santi and Ukuma Ta’ai back into the side, after both were rested last week.

Winger, Ben Jones-Bishop will be looking to extend his try scoring tally. He’s currently the Championship’s leading scorer with 19 across all competitions.
