York RLFC are delighted to announce Fortus Business Accountants and Advisors have continued their partnership with the Club, becoming a Key Partner for the 2023 season.
The relationship between Fortus and the Club began a year ago with the company taking pride of place across our training range this year and, in 2023, they will be present as our Main Shirt Partner across the Knights’ shirts.
The brand will also feature on the Valkyrie’s playing and training kit throughout the coming season.
Fortus’ growth in recent years has seen revenue increase by 40% while their headcount has grown from twenty to in excess of sixty across the offices in York, Scarborough and Leeds.
Everyone at York RLFC are proud to continue and grow our relationship with Fortus and, on the partnership, Chairman Clint Goodchild said: “This deal is the next step in our journey which started in 2002.
“When I took over the Club, I outlined some strong ambitions, one of which was to take our Men’s team to Super League. That is something I stand by but, to achieve such ambitions, it’s important to have the right team behind the team.
“Having Fortus on board as a Key Partner will help us deliver upon not just our ambitions within the men’s game but also the women’s game where, last year, our team made it to the Super League Grand Final.”
