The Knights can confirm that York City Knights Ladies’ Betfred Women’s Super League match against Huddersfield Giants will take place on Sunday 17th July at the LNER Community Stadium as part of a girls’ and women’s rugby league showcase.
Ahead of the main event, the LNER Community Stadium will be playing host to two women’s finals with an under-14s War of the Roses match kicking off at 11:30am before the under-16s Premier Division Grand Final taking place at 1pm.
Lindsay Anfield’s team will then kick-off the main event at 3pm as they look for a fifth consecutive win at the start of this Women’s Super League season with the Knights currently sitting top of the table with Huddersfield the opponents.
Tickets will be priced at £5 for adults and concessions and FREE for under-16s. They are available now from the York Stadium Management Company Online Ticket Office at yorkcityknights.com/tickets. Alternatively, tickets can be bought over the phone on 01904 942232 or in person from the Ticket Office within the LNER Community Stadium.
Supporters will also be able to buy tickets on the day with the Ticket Office Booth at the back of the North Stand open from 11am.
2022 York City Knights season tickets will be valid for this match and, as such, means those members don’t need to purchase tickets in order to attend.
Tickets will be valid for all three matches taking place on the day.
