York Knights have named their preliminary squad for Sunday's 2024 home season opener against Wakefield Trinity in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup at the LNER Community Stadium (3pm).
New loan signing Charlie Severs comes straight into Andrew Henderson's squad following his arrival from Hull FC while off-season recruit Francis Coggle and prop Ukuma Ta'ai are also included.
Hooker James Cunningham, full-back Will Dagger and half-back Ata Hingano all drop out.
