Pakulis returns to York!

York Valkyrie are delighted to bring Canadian international, Megan Pakulis back to the club, thanks to support from Squad Builder!

The 29 year-old loose forward returns to the Betfred Women’s Super League after a spell in Australia last season with Gold Coast Titans in the NRLW.

She went on to play four games in the top flight for the Titans, becoming the first North American to play in the competition.

Initially joining York mid-way through 2024, she was part of the Betfred Women’s Super League Grand Final winning squad, scoring five tries in a total of eleven appearances that year.

The Canadian International has 13 caps for her country and featured in the 2017 and 2021 World Cups.

On her return, Pakulis said: "It feels special to be back with the Valkyrie.

"This group of girls is incredibly talented and driven, and I’m proud to be part of the team again. I’m excited for what we can achieve together this season."
